We meet at the Tourist Point of Contact. From there we take a walk to Stare Žiri where life started in the Žiri region by the old water source. We take a tour of the museum collection and listen to the horrific Lintvern. Along the road we stop by St Martin’s Church and by the Kržišnik Garden. The windows of the Primožič Gallery entice with their lace while in the school park we recall the famous towns people. You may plan a trip around Žiri according to your own needs and look for hidden places or sit in the beautiful natural environment in the meantime.

You may set off to a 3-km-long journey on foot or by bike. The trip is suitable for families with children.
