From the Tourist Point of Contact we take a walk to Stari Žiri where we have a tour of the museum collection. At the Kržišnik Garden we take a turn to a pathway which in the shadow of trees leads to the village of Ledinica. From here, we ascend to St Anne’s Church – once a pilgrims’ way, now the venue of the concert taking place on the summer solstice. In the shelter we listen to the story about the wicked Maršota. Through the trees we can enjoy a spectacular view of Žiri. We continue our trip along the cycling route to the settlement of Selo. At the Pristan Sports-Recreational Centre we can rent a canoe or hop aboard the raft to cross the Sora River. Following the regional road, we come back to Žiri and make a stop at the Poclain Nordic Centre.

You can set off on the 8-km-long route on foot or by bike. The trip is suitable for families with children.
